SimpleRent was a lifesaver. I have not had a single client fall into arrears since using SimpleRent. I had one or two missed payments I was notified about, and the tenants resolved before going into arrears.

I think the best thing about Simple Rent is that it simplifies the process - so integrated and obviously with that initial lease process, it makes it really easy for the tenants to process their entry and bond payment and set up their direct debit.

The name says it all. Simple! The set up was easy and the whole system is very user friendly. I love that support is available at your fingertips. The chat feature is fantastic and they're always very quick to respond and are very supportive.

The latest Simplerent integration with Propertyme streamlines the new tenant onboarding process: enter the data into Propertyme and then it synchronises across making the new tenant onboarding process so much quicker and avoids double handling! I expect to see more exciting releases from the Simplerent team in the future which is going to keep increasing our efficiencies inhouse.

Our team loves SimpleRent and the efficiencies we have gained in our property management business. A favourite feature is the ability to setup tenants for their deposit, entry, bond & rent payments with a simple click allowing our tenants to process payments via their mobile phone (and any missed payments are automatically chased up) and adding invoices throughout the tenancy is a breeze.
