A referrer must be a SimpleRent.com user to be eligible to participate in the referral program. He/she must be a property manager, director, principal, owner or an employee of a real estate agency.

To qualify, a referral must meet the following criteria at the time of submission:

• a property manager, director, principal, owner or an employee of a real estate agency
• not a former or existing user of SimpleRent
• not already in negotiations with SimpleRent for contract or set up
• has not received a SimpleRent demo
• referral was submitted via the referral form on or after 26th July 2021

To be eligible for the referral reward, the Referee must be a qualified referral whose agency signs up and has processed successful tenant payments with SimpleRent within 90 days from the referral date. You and your referree will receive the gift card within 30 days of becoming eligible for the reward. You and your referee can access the gift card through the SimpleDiscounts app. You can choose gift cards from your favorite retailers nationwide such as Woolworths, BWS, Dan Murphys, Woolworths Caltex Petrol Stations, Big W, Priceline Pharmacy, and more!
