The SimpleRent Property Manager Referral Program (“Program”) permits select, invited eligible members to earn referral rewards (see Program mechanics and referral rewards section below) by referring to SimpleRent.com.au first time, new
SimpleRent.com.au users (“Referree”) who signs up and sets up tenants on recurring payments for the first time within the specified qualification period (see Qualified referrals section below).

Eligibility and Participation
- Referrals shall be made by submitting a referral form at go.simplerent.com.au/referral.
- To be eligible to participate in the referral program, the Referrer must be SimpleRent.com user at the time of the referral date. The Referrer must be a property manager, director, principal, owner or an employee of a real estate agency.
- Tenants whether enrolled or not in SimpleRent.com.au is not eligible to participate. Similarly, non existing SimpleRent.com.au users cannot take part in the program.
- Referrers can submit as many referrals as they can provided that referrals are from different agencies. However, referrals should only be shared with personal connections that will appreciate receiving these invitations. Referrals should not be submitted where there is no reasonable basis for believing that the referee would benefit from being introduced to SimpleRent.
- Rewards are limited to one reward per agency; if more than one person is reffered within the same agency, the referrer and the first referee will receive the reward.
- Referral submissions are on first-come, first-served basis. If more than one person has the same referral, the first referee will be eligible for the reward.
- The SimpleRent property manager referral program was launched 26th July 2021. All qualified referrals are gained from this date onwards. Any referrals prior to this date will not be considered.

Qualified Referrals
- To qualify, a referral must meet the following criteria at the time of submission:
- a property manager, director, principal, owner or an employee of a real estate agency
- not a former or existing user of SimpleRent
- not already in negotiations with SimpleRent for contract or set up
- has not received a SimpleRent demo
- referral was submitted via the referral form on or after 26th July 2021
- If a submitted referral is not qualified, the referee will be notified via email within 14 days of the referral date.

Program Mechanics And Referral Rewards
- To be eligible for the referral reward, the Referee must be a qualified referral whose agency signs up with SimpleRent and processes successful tenant payments through SimpleRent within 90 days from the referral date.
- The Referrer and Referee who will qualify for a referral reward will be rewarded as follows:
- $50 gift card of your choice accessed through the SimpleDiscounts app for each qualified referral whose agency has 1 to 100 active properties (active SimpleRent tenant accounts)
- $100 gift card of your choice accessed through the SimpleDiscounts app for each qualified referral whose agency has 101 to 200 active properties (active SimpleRent tenant accounts)
- $200 gift card of your choice accessed through the SimpleDiscounts app for each qualified referral whose agency has 201 to 400 active properties (active SimpleRent tenant accounts)
- $400 gift card of your choice accessed through the SimpleDiscounts app for each qualified referral whose agency has 401 and up active properties (active SimpleRent tenant accounts)
- If a submitted referral is not qualified, the referee will be notified via email within 14 days of the referral date.
- The applicable reward will be credited to the Referrer and Referee's SimpleDiscounts account within 30 days of becoming eligible for the reward. The Referrer and Referee will be notified via email once credited.
- Rerwards are not redeemable for cash or credit.
